  • What is your Motivation to compete, stay in shape?:My motivation to compete stems from my desire to improve myself and push my limitations.  My motivation to get in shape is driven by my desire to be successful at competing.
  • What goals do you have in bodybuilding?: Place top-five at the NPC USA's or NPC Nationals in 2012
  • What goals do you have outside of bodybuilding?: To provide an appropriate quality of life for my family
  • What advice would you give to beginners?: Absorb as much information as you can.  Compete in shows.  Make mistakes.  Learn from your mistakes.  Improve.  Then do it all over again.
